To Use:
Simply sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons on your lamb cuts before using in your favourite dishes.
Amount:
As a volume guide for a whole leg of lamb it will be about half the packet. You will use less for smaller cuts.
Substitutions:
This will also go well with fish, vegetables and tofu as a rub/seasoning.
