Shipping policy
Overview:
All products are available world-wide and are shipped daily from a contactless courier.
Shipping is calculated automatically at the time of your order and is dependent on weight and delivery location (standard or rural). General shipping rates are:
NZ - $10.00 (standard)
Australia - $25.00
Rest of the world - $45.00
Free shipping is available in New Zealand for all orders over $100 and Australia for orders over $150.
Click and collect (no shipping cost) is available in Auckland, New Zealand from Dr Julie's Kitchen Mon-Friday 9am-4pm.
Please note these are still general rates and might be subject to weight and delivery location.
Expected Delivery:
All orders are sent via a fully tracked service. Updates at each stage are provided automatically through your order email.
New Zealand: Overnight for orders placed before midday on business days. Rural delivery may be 1-2 days longer.
Australia: 2-3 working days.
Rest of the world: 5-6 working days.
If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time frame please contact us here.
Please note, any missing order requests must be advised within 60 days from date of purchase, no further action will be taken for contact made after this time. Please keep a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
Please also ensure your shipping address is correct, as we’re unable to redirect orders.
eBooks
Ebooks are only available for download as an file.
These files can be opened with an eBook reader program or with an iPad, Kindle, or eBook reading device. These files cannot be printed.
eBooks are sent automatically at the time of purchase. If for some reason they are not please contact us.
