Shipping
Click & Collect Orders: Are still available from our new Silverdale rooms - located at the Body Sanctury 12 Silverdale Road. As we are not there full time you just need to place an order on the phone or if you email we will refund the shipping charge.
We have had to make this change due to the high cost of the app to offer this on Shopify we do apologise for any inconvience but will do our best to make this easy for you!
All orders are sent via a fully tracked service. Updates at each stage are provided automatically through your order email.
Please keep in mind that the courier only operates on business days and not weekends or public holidays.
When we run a large sale or promotion there are sometimes slightly longer shipping times especially if these are over a long weekend.
New Zealand Orders:
*Auckland/North Island = 1-2 business days.
*South Island/Rural =1-3 business days.
Australia = 2-5 business days.
Elsewhere overseas : 5-8 business days.
Free shipping is available in New Zealand for all orders over $100 and in Australia for orders over $150.
Consultations and coffee group
Please book through our online booking system (here).
Dr Julie has in-person consultations available on a Tuesday at the Body Sanctury (12 Silverdale Road, Silverday).
She can do Thursday or Saturday by request in person.
Currently we offer coffee group bookings in Auckland (with Dr. Julie), in Tauranga (with Danielle our senior nutritionist) or online with either. Julie will on occasion have availability for coffee groups outside of there areas, these will be listed here.
There is information regarding the different types of consultations here. Generally most concerns can be covered in a 30minute session.
If you have not received a zoom link for your consultation please check your spam folder. I it is not in your spam folder please call us on 02108869449 (9am-4pm) or 0800 DR JULIE (9am-4pm Monday-Saturday) so we can get you a link as soon as possible.
Orders
If you have not received your order in the above mentioned timeframes please check your tracking first to see if it may have been delayed with the courier company. Once the tracking has flagged as picked up from us - it is in the courier system so they will be able to help you faster from their end. If it has been signed for and it was not you and is showing as delivered - contact the courier company immediately as it means the driver delivered it to the wrong address and someone signed for it they should not have - this will be the fastest way to get the package back to you.
If you have received your order and the products are damaged, if possible please do not accept the package from the courier and have it returned immediately. If this is not possible please contact us here and include photos of the damaged products.

See our terms and conditions for our return policy here - generally items cannot be returned but we maybe able to exchange an order.
Only items that have not been opened/still in original packaging can be exchanged. You will need to get approved for this first (phone or email).
If you have been approved for an exchange - you will need to purchase the item you did want and we will include a self addressed return bag or label. You will need to package the item for return and take to a New Zealand Post Shop to be returned. Once the item has been returned you will be refunded for the exchanged item. Shipping cannot be refunded for returned items.
Events/Virtual Events
Yes, anyone who attends a virtual event will get access to a recording.
In your order confirmation email there is a pdf ticket for the event. On this ticket is a zoom link to the event. If you have not received a pdf ticket, please check your spam folder. If your email containing the pdf ticket is not in your spam folder please call us on 02108869449 (9am-4pm) or 0800 DR JULIE (9am-4pm Monday-Saturday) so we can get you a link as soon as possible.
