A dairy-free creamy chicken delight for the whole family - babies included when whizzed into a puree.
This slow cooker mix is free from all added sugars, preservatives, additives and artificial colours and flavours. It can be made with normal cream but this would not be dairy-free.
Just add:
6 chicken thighs, bone in
Olive oil (to fry)
6-8 button mushrooms, chopped
1 leek, chopped
1 x 400g tin coconut cream or 400ml cream*
Ingredients (Mix): Spice blend (mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder) (65%), potato starch (17%) thyme (6%), salt, pepper.
May contain: traces of wheat. Made in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy and treenuts.
