These coffee group presentations open up the conversation around a lot of the changes that happen after having a baby, foods that are supportive of energy levels, metabolism, breastfeeding and supply and how to get started in small, realistic ways.
How to Book:
Coffee groups are available either in person or virtually. You just need a minimum of four to book with a senior consultant (so $100 deposit) or five to book with Dr Julie ($150 deposit) and then individuals can join in on the day at the per/person cost ($25/$30 respectively).
