Great purchase! This is such a quick read that can be done whilst feeding your baby. I had a few concerns about milk supply and this book gave me fast answers (reminders) to get me back on track and feeling confident in my bodies ability to nourish my baby. Another great book to add to my Dr Julie's book collection. Highly recommend if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and is very possible to read with a newborn and a toddler to manage.
