Clients often keep a regular booking weekly, fortnightly or monthly to help them keep motivated, inspired and manage some of the day to day challenges that come with keeping up.
It is highly recommended to have at least one follow up after a mini or initial consultation for accountability, support, further unpacking of the physiological of eating, and to tweak your plan.
