If you're sitting on the fence you need to buy this book for the bread. It is like nothing else. Not only is it unlike any other commercially available 'good for you' bread. Blows my mind how good it is? I actually like it, not just in a I-know-it's-good-for-me-so-better-like-it kind of way. It's cost effective and super simple to make.
However, you're going to have to eat the bread for lunch because you'll not be able to stop having the mug cake and the chia pudding for breakfast, and on the weekends you'll make time with the kids to do pancakes and waffles.. and treat yourself to a good-for-you kind of bagel.
I could go on, I could break down the cost savings vs supermarket alternatives, rant on about how the information in the front of the book makes understanding protein digestible (pun intended) but I won't. You're going to invest anyway because you need the bread. For lunch.

I bought this guide after seeing a sneak peek of the new bread recipe… I have been trying to increase my protein after following Dr Julie and her tips on instagram and I feel sooooo much better, I have stopped overeating and binging on sugar, and have even started exercising! I was so slack getting round to reading this guide but after seeing someone else had made multiple recipes before I had even opened the pdf I was motivated to print it and get stuck in. I made various substitutes to the bread recipe and it still worked perfectly, I’m so shocked at how easy it was to make my own GF bread for the first time, the recipe is so great and flexible. The muffins are also yummy and I can’t wait to try the bagels and the beans. Dr Julie you should be proud this isn’t just about food this is about changing mums lives (and their children’s) for the better.

I’ve been looking to add more protein to my diet so this e-book came out at the right time for me. Couldn’t wait to try out the recipes. The bread is awesome, it’s going to be amazing with eggs. The muffins and salmon slice are also fantastic & ate currently ready to go in my freezer for quick breakfast/ afternoon teas
