Dr Julie knows first hand the challenges of a changing body and fitting in time that does not exist for your own wellbeing. She has been very open about sharing the ups and downs of having five pregnancies (two miscarriages and three full term babies) along with two major neuro-surgeries. She has done a huge amount of healing and wellbeing work on herself and is now competing at Masters CrossFit competitions. Good habits with food, movement and sleep can make a huge difference but knowing where and how to start or restart can be very hard.

How to Book:
Coffee groups are available either in person or virtually. You just need a minimum of five to book with Dr Julie ($150 deposit) and then individuals can join in on the day at the per/person cost ($30/Person).
