My babe is still a bit young but I wanted to be prepared! I’ve already tabbed the recipes I’m excited to try out, and I know they won’t just be for baby they look delicious!
I am wondering if there’s a decent substitute for coconut tho as it gives him a poorly tummy through my breast milk??

I am a first time mum and had no idea how to introduce solids to my 6 month old. I purchased the nourished baby as well as the baby & toddler cookbook and both books have been a godsend!

After reading the Nourished Baby and loving it, I decided we needed the cookbook as well. As a healthcare professional myself I get so excited when I find evidence based parenting concepts/programs. My little one hasn’t yet started on solids but I am so excited to give her the best start by encouraging good gut health. My husband is a chef and is also looking forward to trying these recipes in a mixed baby led weaning and purée approach.

This book has some great recipes. I made the sausage rolls and froze them to pull out for easy health lunch! Baby loves it and the freeze so well. Also made the chocolate icecream. 5 year old loved air and thought it was better than tip top haha

Julie has made me addicted to food prep for my baby! I love making the purées knowing I am giving him everything he needs to be healthy and build a good immunity. I am so grateful to have been introduced to Julie Bhosale, she is very and inspirational and insightful around nutrition. She has opened my eyes to the world of marketing and genuinely cares about each of the mothers who follow her. That’s what makes the difference. A big thank you! The picture shows some food purée prep :)
