Breastfeeding and/or formula feeding is not always an easy journey. Dr Julie understands this first hand. Sometimes there are a number of challenges that can arise and when you are tired it can be hard to know just what to eat to support your feeding journey.
If you are struggling with milk supply, fatigue, or eating for a colic/reflux baby or have questions on formula this is a specialised short consultation focused just on this. Dr Julie sees a lot of mums cutting foods from their own diet without seeking any individualised advice (this consultation is for you!). A full food diary analysis is not required. Everything will be covered within the consultation to provide a fast, immediate plan to support your feeding journey while maximising nutrient intake for mum.
How to Book:
Consultations are done either in person (Auckland Office - North Shore, Albany) or via zoom. Consultation cost is $55 for 30 minutes or $90 for an hour.
