Cara and Jess are our amazing in house personal trainers specialised in pre- and post exercise. Both trainers for our Mum Squad you can have them guide you through a one-on-one personal training session via Skype in the comfort of your home.
These are really cost effective to enable you to book on the day for when you just need that extra support or the structure of having some a more specialised exercise plan.
You can also book in for a postnatal check which we highly recommend before resuming activity postpartum. This covers pelvic floor and TVA check/activation referrals if required and a personalised activity plan moving forward.
