New Zealand's leading starting solids and toddler food expert, published author, and international speaker – Dr Julie will be holding three sessions in Palmerston North on Sunday the 13th September, 2020.
Session 1 - 9am-10am - Starting Solids
Session 2 - 10.30am-11.30am - Toddler Food
Session 3 - 12pm-1pm - A private VIP exclusive Q & A Session (VIPs Members only)

Starting Solids (9am-10am):
Dr Julie Bhosale will provide a lively presentation on starting your baby off on solid food, cutting through the current and conflicting information with evidence based, practical guidelines. Covering the when, what and how of solid feeding plus some of those more hot topics including baby led weaning and allergenic foods. There is a 30 minute session cross over for question time with Dr Julie.
Toddler Food (10.30am-11.30pm):
Get the low-down on toddler feeding. This session is appropriate for little ones aged 10months up to five years. This session will cover the complexities of toddlerhood and how this plays out with food, just what toddlers should be eating including what the deal is with grains and toddler milk and more importantly top tips for those tricky toddlers. There is a 30 minute session cross over for question time with Dr Julie.
VIP Session (12pm-1pm):
This is an exclusive question and answer session for members of Dr Julie’s private VIP group including those that join the VIP Group on the day and are wanting some extra question time. This provides an ideal opportunity to have your individual questions answered in an intimate supportive setting and spend more time with Dr Julie.
The venue is a child friendly space for changing babies, feeding with a warm drink (tea, coffee & herbal tea) required.
The session is limited by room size so please book early and in advance. Door sales will be an extra $5 and only dependent on availability - typically Dr Julie's events sell out.
